2. Customizable Forming Specifications: Supports adjustable twist, tension, and slitting width, producing round ropes, flat ropes, and multi-strand composite ropes. The standard diameter is 1–10mm, and the thickness, tension, and texture can all be adjusted as needed. The finished product is uniform, compact, and not easily loosened.

3. Continuous Automated Production: Fully automated paper feeding, alignment, twisting, and winding; production speed 16–50 meters/minute. Dual-head models can operate simultaneously on two lines, significantly increasing capacity. Automatic material cut-off protection ensures stable operation.

4. Precise Tension Control: Equipped with servo speed regulation and a pneumatic alignment system, it balances paper tension in real time, avoiding problems such as paper breakage, fuzzing, and uneven thickness. The finished product qualification rate can reach over 98%.
