Yes. Customized working width, cutting range, dual‑knife unit, automatic stacking, dust removal, PLC recipe storage and online connection are available. Production will start after drawings confirmed.
Please offer below information: raw material type & grammage, max web width, finished sheet size, required production speed & daily capacity, optional functions such as automatic stacker, web guide, dual knife system etc. We will recommend suitable machine and configuration.
The speed range is : 30cut/min-200cut/min. Running speed can be adjusted freely according to paper grammage and finished sheet size.
Equipped with servo drive and closed-loop tension system, cutting tolerance is controlled within ±0.2 mm. Stable dimension even at high speed, clean burr‑free cutting edge without marks, finished sheets stack neatly.
Our machine is suitable for various reel paper and composite materials, covering paper , such as offset paper, kraft paper, sack paper, coated paper, special paper, laminated paper, paper‑plastic composite film, PET, PVC and other web materials.
For special materials, you may send samples for our trial-cut test.
