This machine produces A4/A3 sheets from 70–200gsm paper. It features four floating shaftless unwinders with hydraulic lifting, handling rolls up to Ø1400mm and 1800kg. PLC magnetic brake and ultrasonic web guide maintain balanced tension, while four traction groups with pneumatic dancer rollers and encoders deliver stable high-speed feeding. The servo cutting unit adopts heavy-duty cast knife holder and long-life steel blades on Hiwin rails, equipped with air blowing, static elimination and rotary slitting. Movable main and side conveyors stack sheets neatly and connect inline with BJ-A4 packing machine. Controlled by Panasonic PLC and Weinview 7” multi-language touchscreen, it supports auto counting, tension adjustment and fault diagnosis. The matched BJ-A4 packer requires only one operator, enabling a fully automatic line from jumbo rolls to finished A4 paper reams.
